"Architect's drawings are never what they should be. That means you have to have good communication with the contractor to resolve issues that inevitably come up during construction.. Randy is excellent in that regard. He's really into quality. He manages his subs well. He looks out for his client's best interest and he's a heck of a nice guy to boot."
