The Smileys already had a cape cod house, but they wanted to add on.. The challenge they gave Randolph Construction was to make it look like part of the original house with all the matching details. To make things a little more complicated, the only place the addition could go was in front of the original house. The successful 1,600 sq. ft. addition accomplished just what the Smileys wanted. |
